Electric Projected

A massive 60 ft projected art piece in Beacon, NY 2011.

Continuing my abstract visual approach, I teamed up again with Mike Schofield to create the sonic portion of this piece. With these, I always use unique sound design and hit points for individual bits of image. These are studies designed to create tension and discomfort while simultaneously drawing the viewer in.

This piece was commissioned by Carey Janks for Electric Projected and was projected in Beacon, NY on the exterior of a massive decommissioned warehouse. It was my second large scale immersive work and led to many more.
